How Can nerve Pain In The Leg After An Injury Be Treated?

I have nerve pain in my legs from falling. The only thing that helps me is the 150 mics of fentinil patches. I have been going to a new doctor for 2 months and they changed it to 100 mics...it don t last for the pain for the 72 hours. What should I do?

Hello,

Fentanyl is not good for long term use.
You can gradually wean of from Fentanyl. You can try alternative analgesics like Tramadol or Gabapentin for symptomatic relief.
